About the role

Dallin and Bella are currently revamping their YouTube channels, namely "Della Vlogs" and the soon-to-be-launched "DellaVlogs 2." In light of these exciting updates, they are actively in search of a skilled Thumbnail Designer to create eye-catching thumbnails that reflect the energy and style of their videos, encouraging more viewers to click and watch.

Responsibilities

Design captivating and relevant thumbnails for weekly video uploads, reflecting the content and attracting viewers.
Develop channel banners and other branding elements as part of the rebranding effort for both channels.
Work closely with Dallin and Bella to ensure designs align with their vision and brand identity.
Manage multiple design tasks, maintaining a balance between creativity, quality, and timely delivery.

About you

Proven experience in graphic design, specifically in creating YouTube thumbnails.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills, particularly in the context of social media.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a dynamic, project-based environment.
A creative mind with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of what drives viewer engagement on YouTube.
