As the Creative Director / Camera Operator for Carter Sharer's YouTube channel, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the writing, direction, and creative aspects of the content. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Carter Sharer and the Head of Production to conceptualize and plan engaging and innovative video content.
Develop a content strategy that aligns with the channel's brand and audience.
Coordinate with the production team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the creative vision and schedule.
Serve as the primary camera operator for the channel, capturing high-quality footage with attention to detail.
Stay updated on the latest camera equipment and techniques to enhance video production quality.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new and exciting video concepts.
Provide creative direction to the team, ensuring content is visually appealing and aligns with the channel's style.
Collaborate with the editing team to ensure the final product meets the creative vision.
Provide feedback on edits and contribute to the post-production process.
Stay informed about audience trends and preferences to create content that resonates with the target demographic.
Monitor audience feedback and adjust content strategies accordingly.

About you

Proven experience as a showrunner, camera operator, or lead creative in a digital content creation environment.
Proficiency in operating professional video cameras and knowledge of various filming techniques.
Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a production team effectively.
