Provide key feedback on video performance to continuously improve content quality
Requirements
Strong creative thinking and strategic planning abilities
Ideally has experience in content creation, ideation, or digital strategy, particularly for YouTube
Familiarity with YouTube analytics and the ability to use data to inform content decisions
Knowledge of current trends, viewer preferences and best practices in digital video content
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
